The importance of acquiring education to me

The importance of acquiring education to me is it is the way for me to get my dream in the future. And the way to show my love to my family and to give back what they give me in this life. and we can't fulfill our dreams without acquiring education first. All of us need it. Even though sometimes we think that we don't need it. Education is the key to our success.

Reflection About Blogging

• ·         I think the advantage of this blog project is for us to learn some new ideas to communicate with other people.
• ·         I think the disadvantage of this is sometimes we have distraction when we are in front of the computer. Like playing, surfing the net, etc. Than what we actually needed to do like blogging. And its going to be a waste of money too in people who don’t have internet in there house and just rent computer in internet cafe’s.
• ·         They are understandable on what I post.
• ·         Problems like thinking on how you share your thoughts on the given topic. On how will I construct a good sentence for that.
• ·         Its a good project. It helps me to know and understand better others.

How Farming is Making Côte d’Ivoire’s Prisoners ‘Feel Like Being Human Again

Feel like being human again? That's what the prisoners feel when they serve in farm. The prisoners said that when they are inside the jail, they need to share a room with 4 persons that could only contain a 1 person and eating once a day. So living in the farm gets them a bunk for themselves and they can eat 3 times a day. How cool is that for them right?

This is some kind of a very very good idea. Naturally because the prisoners that serve in the farm will be taught on farm jobs. They can feel freedom not like when they are in jail they will get a crampy room and get only eat once a day. And eventually because of this they will get malnourished and can lead to death(scary right?). So having freedom like this is naturally the best thing they can get even though they are a prisoner.

CHILDREN, THE BIGGEST LOSERS IN SENEGAL'S FIGHT AGAINST AIDS

This days, many of the people in our country is doing what is not right in teenage years. But, reading this article make me shock more. Because I think in our country, people are careful in doing it so that they can't have AIDS or something(right? because if people are not careful then many of our people will get AIDS or something right?).

So reading it is kinda scary too. First because teenagers have it even though they are so young. Second, the article says that they have more like priority in adults and like teenagers be like second to them. So we always here things like "kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan". But why is that, may teenagers have this? Is it because of their parents or they just like it? But even though, why is that adults have most priority in things like this and teenagers is second only?

My dream

Many of us know what they like to get in college. What they really wanted to be when they get old. But some of us, doesn't know about it. What dreams they like. What they really wish to be when the time comes. Well, I think I'm one of the people who is like that. People who doesn't know what they wanted to be.

Back when I was little, I wanted to be a teacher just like my cousin who is studying at that time as a teacher. But, I feel that to be a teacher is not for me because I'm too shy and scared of people around me. Then, I wanted to be a professional chef or a patissiere. Just like my other cousin again. I feel like I'm being influence by them. But dreaming about being a patissiere came to me when I was watching some anime. But, I feel again that being a chef or a patissiere is not for me because I'm too picky on what I eat. Then, I remember that I really wanted to be someone who is studying stars, planets or let's just say the whole universe. It makes me happy thinking about them. Happy when I learned something new about it. But, studying it in college needs a lot of money. Well, I think all of you knew that its really expensive to be an astronomer. So like being a teacher and chef, I gave up again my dream to be a astronomer.

But now, I'm currently taking Bachelor Of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management (BSITTM). But believe me, its not my dream to be a flight attendant. But, I don't have any choice. i have dreams but I don't have courage to fulfill it. But maybe someday, I can fulfill it even if I'm a tourism student. My family tells me that "bagay sayo yan". That's the reason why I take it. But, I can feel that someday, I'll start to learn to love this course.

In my free time, I like reading novels and manga, watching (normally korean dramas, variety shows, music videos or live videos, animes and movies) , surfing the net, listening to musics and just lay down in bed.

Novels! I really like reading romance, comedy, sometimes fantasy and mythology genre. And I really like novels that has sequels or spin-offs. It makes me feel excited and over joy when I read them.

Manga and animes! I seriously love watching and reading them. And its my first addiction. Like I always feel frustrated and excited when I wait for the anime or manga updates. But yep, I still like watching and reading them.:)

Favorites again! Yep, I like kpop too! Listening, watching to their dramas, music videos and even variety shows makes me super happy. My family or even my friends said they think I'm ill because I always use earphone when watching, and then later on I laugh hard because of what I'm watching. Hi guys! Ericka Jane W. Umali here.:) Or you can call me Ecka. I'm 16 years old turning 17 in September 4. We first lived in San Mateo Rizal until we moved in Pasig City when I was in Grade 5. And now, my mom and I moved again here in Manila.

They say that my name Ericka is from an anime called Daimos. Because its my dad's favorite anime.:D

 I had a younger brother named Jeruz Ericko. Cool right? But, when his still 5 months old, he left us and happily go together with God. You can't tell that my family is perfect because truthfully, I have a broken family. But even though our family is broken, I'm still happy because of my loving family, cousins and my tita and tito.:)
